Returns –

• Because all products are print-on-demand, we only accept returns for:

  • Damaged or defective products.

  • Incorrect items received.

Refund Eligibility –

To qualify for a refund:

• Contact us at business@mellowmeta.xyz within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

Exclusions – 

• Refunds are not available for:

  • Buyer’s remorse.

  • Incorrect sizing (please check our sizing chart carefully).

Processing time –

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
