The Background
Before any of this existed I was working trades. Commercial plumbing, flooring, facilities maintenance. Years of showing up to job sites, working with my hands, fixing real problems in real buildings.
That’s still how I think about everything I do online. You show up, you figure it out, you finish the job. No overthinking it.
How I Got Into Web3
I got into crypto the same way most people do. Curious, a little skeptical, had no idea what I was actually looking at. But the more time I spent in it the more I realized it wasn’t really about prices. It was about how communities form online and a totally different way of owning things on the internet. That clicked for me and I went deep.
Doginal Dogs
Doginal Dogs is where things really started to come together for me. 10,000 pixel dogs on the Dogecoin blockchain. Simple on the surface but there’s a real community behind it.
I became a holder, started showing up in conversations and Spaces, and eventually found my footing as a community voice. That’s where MellowMeta really started — not from a brand strategy, just from consistently showing up in a community I actually cared about.
How MellowMeta Grew
I started hosting X Spaces. Started writing. Started connecting people across different communities. Over time MellowMeta became the identity that tied all of it together.
Over 254 Spaces hosted. Thousands of conversations. I joined Type Media as part of their writing and branding team and linked up with the Crypto Spaces Network as a regular host. None of that came from pitching myself — it came from just being present and consistent.
The Web Design Side
Learning web design came from the same place everything else did — I wanted to build something and figured it out. I taught myself WordPress and Elementor, built my own site, and started helping other people do the same.

What’s Next
Right now I’m finishing my journeyman plumbing certification, running MellowMeta, and taking on more web design and hosting clients. The plan isn’t to blow up overnight. The plan is to keep building something worth following.
